Day 1 #greatcyclechallenge #sickkids #training : Today was a moderate workout day. I did a 15km easy ride followed by some HIIT and a huge salad 🥗

Kid1 returned safely from Country Week (a week-long sport and arts comp in the city for regional and rural kids) and has brought home a nasty cold/flu.

Kid2 finished the school term here and also has a nasty cold. Two viruses, two different origins.

Whose virus will prevail to get me sick? Whichever it is, I can feel it setting in, and am currently doing a grocery order full of soup ingredients.
