A "tax-friendly" #sharescheme for the low-paid which quickly turn into a #taxavoidance scam.
It's been tried before with the employee share scheme, and profit related pay, - both of which were scrapped because the tax benefit was exploited in ways which benefited the bosses not employees.
If you want to help the low paid, help with #childcare, #sicknesses benefit and #mileage allowances.
