Still can’t run. Walked 7 miles today. This is what happens to a runner who’s sidelined. In my case, it’s due to retina detachment surgery recovery. 0/5 stars would not recommend to a friend.

But silver lining is I actually found I love walking and plan to keep doing it on non-running days when I can finally run again.
