I must say #today is the best morning I’ve had in the past month. Actually got up on time (5 - 5:30) for the first time since January. (I’ve been lucky to drag myself out by 8am.). My saint of a daughter-in-law got my this lovely candle for morning #meditation and it smells amazing. In this moment the SAD and depression is at bay and I’m in an honest to god positive state of mind. Not faking it til I make it. There is always hope! #sighofrelief

CLEAR EDGES. They got all of the offending rogue tissue on the surgical pass, and while they’re recommending two radiation treatments to “be safe,” I won’t need further surgery.
