March of the goslings! I never got great footage of it as I didn't have my phone with me in the mornings, but circa 8am half a dozen goose families would march down from the bush out onto the lawn to nosh before heading onto the water. Here's a clip of one family on the move, now imagine a parade of them.

You don't realize how much you talk to yourself until you are surrounded by people quietly NOT talking to themselves.

Hey ya'll, I'm back! The retreat was fruitful spiritually (still processing) but was a kick in the teeth physically - location was right in the middle of the 🤬 forest fires.

So I am coming back quietly and gently to catch up on replies and post toot/thoughts from there when I am feeling it.

I missed you guys! And thought of you often. You can tell because I took toot-notes to share with ya'll when I got back!

I have peopled so much all week. Yesterday a little less and I noticed in the evening a huge difference in energy. Been thinking about a silent retreat a lot these days. Any of my fellow #ActuallyAutistic or otherwise #neurodivergent friends done this?
