Silver Falls State park in Oregon has beautiful and unique waterfalls with the best time to visit being Autumn. That said, one of my favorite images from the park is this one of the Historic District. Mist was hanging in the trees and as the sun came up these light beams highlighted a small tree in peak fall color.

Our holiday plans were cut a bit short with an ice storm that came through, but we managed to make it out to for a night in a cabin with the dogs. I loved this photo of our fire sparking late at night.
Areas like this make me happy that we took the chance to move to Oregon and get out of Kansas City.
