Here is a plan.
We can repurpose #SilvertownTunnel from a toxic motorway tunnel (with dedicated HGV lanes) to a green clean one for small EVs/buses/cargo bikes/cyclists/pedestrians.
And not too late stop the second one being dug at vast expense.
