Why is Singapore Airlines 'taking on board customer feedback' about its paper serviceware trial when increasing climate change damage clearly demonstrates that many of the population are ignorant morons wanting others to play violins for them as the ship sinks?

I hope Singapore actually grows a pair and tells customers to get real. Sure, improve new paper options, but don't revert.
