Ep. 1 features Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang (the name of both the hawker stall and the dish it specializes in). I had the chance to try their branch on Bras Basah Rd. a few months back. And though the dish is so spicy, I couldn't stop stuffing a mouthful in between gulps of calamansi juice. It's *that* good!

The first time I was in Singapore more than a decade ago, I failed to appreciate its gastronomic delights because I fell ill for two days (how unfortunate, I know).
