I was just looking at some maps of the area to choose locations to scout for a #sitspot farther from home (i.e., a place outdoors one goes and, well, sits, to engage with #nature and such) and coincidentally discovered that a #MuyThai club started during the pandemic and is now a full-fledged school just down the road from me.

...I really don't need another hobby. I especially don't need to take up #boxing at my age. Right?

Started my #sitspot practice back up. It's a great tool for #natureconnection which enhances wellbeing. Basically, makes me happy. I sit and look in #wideanglevision for half an hour. I try to do 2 to 3 a week and then share stories with a group.
