My #SixOnSaturday shows that we are heading towards Autumn here in zone 5. The large sedums are just starting to bloom and the Solomon's Seal and Solomon's Plume have berries. The "Plume" berries aren't totally ripe yet.

I only have names for 2 of the sedums. The lower right corner is Mr. Goodbud (still in its pot and waiting to be planted) and just above it is Back In Black.

#Bloomscrolling #SixOnSaturday from the backyard: A tall red-headed canna lily that I should name Conan O’Lily, a magnolia that spreads olfactory delight, a shy dahlia with its head down, Monkey grass in the middle of a mess, and finally lilac bushes and #Tennessee coneflowers that don’t know it’s almost September!

The blackbird is enjoying his annual feast of Rowan berries this week! #sixonsaturday #MyHighlandGarden #gardening
