Ska went through a third "revival" in the 80s, which took the sound of Ska back to the classic 1960s sound, and also blended ska with rock and pop sounds (e.g., No Doubt).

It also led to J-Ska –

A cover of "Caravan" (Duke Ellington, Juan Tizol) by Barney Bigard and His Jazzopaters (1937).
