I feel like it's going to be a problem that #flutter doesn't have a simple drawText for the Canvas.. real time charts need a lot of high perf single line text where you don't want the overhead of considering text shaping/paragraphs. Of all the things to omit from the underlying #skia api.... Spidey sense is telling me this will be painful....
