So I made some progress on those Skyre Acolytes I'm kitbashing.
I had to remove 2 gaz mask heads off the minis from an existing plague claw (only the bossman kept his), and use 3 from the same kit I have still on sprue.
Next up, maybe painting the orbs (well 3 canon balls, a flail end and a human head with a round helmet)

A little progress on those skyre acolytes.
Some of the 8th ed WFB bits are indeed coming in handy to help with the kitbash, namely open hands (some archers bits I think) the canon balls, and some flail bit.
I need to do the heads next, not sure how I am going to do the gaz masks, there might be some on the sprue somewhere
