Das #Katatonia-Konzert war gut, wenn auch der Sound nicht so gut und der Gesang zu wenig zu hören war. Ich konnte mich ein bisschen entspannen. Das zählt. #Sólstafir hatten einen guten Sound. Allerdings ging es mir während deren Auftritt noch sehr schlecht.

Ich höre dieses Album seit gestern früh bestimmt schon zum 10ten Mal oder mehr 😅 💞 !

Alle Songs so komplex arrangiert, dass es sich leicht anhört, aber nur die Musiker hier wissen, was da hinter steckt, so etwas zu komponieren.

Und der Gitarrist gehört ja wohl zu den Besten der Welt in diesem Bereich!
Ach, du heiliges Universum!

Und getragen und zusammengehalten wird es einfach von dieser fantastischen Stimme von Renske!

Stockholm’s melodic metal kings return with this set of immaculately produced mope anthems, comparable to the sound they’ve been refining since 2001’s The Last Fair Feel Gone Down. I’ll always have time for them, and “Impermanence” and “Colossal Shade” went straight on the playlist, but so much reiteration of similar mood and tempo makes me wonder what they’re trying to achieve at this point.

The new Katatonia doesn’t really register yet for me. May just not be in the mood for it and will give it more time.

Its not bad in anyway. Its just very much ‘another Katatonia album’.

Like I said, need to give this more time. And perhaps a listen on headphones.

Oh man! I waited so long for this album. Loving every second. It’s been on repeat all day. This band can really do no wrong in my book!

Such a sweet blend of wonderfully melancholic tunes, at times heavy at times mellow.

I can’t wait to see them live in Budapest in about 11 days!
