Just found this old picture of me from my mid-twenties. I really loved to climb. It was difficult to let go of.

It looks as though I'm standing on nothing and really I'm not. I'm lead climbing a 5.8 route, easy for climbers, to set up the rope for my friends.

This was taken at Jackson Falls in Shawnee National Forest, IL. This is a fun place to climb because the routes are short but often of some increased difficulty because of it.
