As a painter who has hiked the same trails for over 15 years, views often remind me of paintings from earlier. These photos are ones I took yesterday while the first painting of the fir tree by the ocean was painted in 2015 and the second of the far reaching view in 2019. Both are in private art collections. Kind of fun to see together.
