What the gullarking shit is wrong with my brain today?!?, asks my brain, pretending not to know the answer is Lack of Sleep.
Reaching out for advice on chronic #insomnia. I've tried behavioral strategies, time-release melatonin, red lights, tightened up my schedule, CBN. Prescription sleep aids are ineffective with bad side effects.
I can usually fall asleep fairly easily, but wake up frequently, and sleep quality is poor. Grasping at straws now. Can't stay functional.
Any new advice would be welcome.
