Using his oven as a heater. This is the same guy who takes his smoke deterctor or to burn smudge and conduct #Buddhist rituals. Sometimes his incense gives me coughing fits and smells really weird. Other times the scent is a lovely Himalayan treat for the senses. #Tonglen practices as taught by #PemaChodron = breathe the good and the bad in, breathe the good out. Does not quite work from the perspective of #respiratory medicine, however.

Poor guy is being evicted after being caught pulling his smoke detector a dozen times. I was ready to campaign to save him from eviction but it is a lost cause.

Society needs a halfway measure though he needs options aside from #sleepingrough and #homeless shleters.
