As part of this Cleveland Clinic online sleep program that my sleep med doc has me doing, I'm engaged in sleep restriction. I've always gone to bed by 10p, but my new bedtime is midnight. It feels super unnatural to me and so far, after a week, isn't helping me sleep more or better. Myrtle freaking hates it. She keeps giving me judgey looks & then gets grumpy when I wake her up for her final, much later pre-bed constitutional.
