Sleepy early after three very busy days. And tomorrow's PT appointment is Too Darn Early. So it goes.
On the other hand... I am essentially independent at home now, cooking meals from scratch, making art, doing most chores. AND somehow the Ukiah forecast is NO RAIN tomorrow so there will be walking.
