and I try make This List bigger - any system is specific

My last try of install of one more System: Gentoo Install
Ended - "I am My Loser"😑

Now I still want install a new system...: Hyperbola GNU/Linux
But WiFi🤔🥳 don't work on It

Something today got me thinking about #SliTaz again, that sub-100MB live distro that did magic on old computers as a live medium. Up until 2012-ish, it was quite the bomb: lighter, faster and saner than, say, Puppy. But then development stalled, and it stuck to the 3.x kernel, and it sorta remains like this today. What a waste.

Why do featherweight distros tend to die like this? First DSL, then SliTaz. Wonder if it will ever come back.

Y'all remember #slitaz, the tiny 50MB desktop distro that supposedly continued the Damn Small Linux spirit? By the metrics of release, the project is well alive and kicking - latest release Feb 2022!

However, it's still on kernel 3.16 line and the dates of the packages are worrying... is this a design choice to make the distro small? Is it by any means securely driveable today? :S

still no distros have updated #jpilot to 2.0.1 and pilot-link to 0.13.0 in their repositories, despite 2.0.0 & 0.13.0 having come out in February and 2.0.1 in April
