There is one word that describes my feelings as I look through a 120usd precon deck with no instants, slow manabase, and minimal reprint value.

I feel justified in not preordering anything until the decklist is out in it's entirety.

I may, or may not, have started rebuilding my #MTG #sliver deck. Why? I've missed my old deck for a while now, and I love the art of the #Slivers so I've bought a bunch of the old, over powered cards. Will I play? No. I just want to look at the art again. #MTGCardgame #CardGames

I used to loathe sitting across from #Slivers. Then I had an epiphany: they're not too different from #Robots or #Affinity, so I tried 'em in #Modern and #Classic. #Standard, too, if they were in the rotation, but that didn't work well. (I never really got into #100CS or #Commander)

Like Robots and Affinity, it works, but isn't really my cuppa tea. I'm a #Mill and/or #Burn kinda guy, and loved breaking #BloodchiefAscension.

Nowadays I only reminisce, because fuck #WotC.

Managed to try out my #slivers #commander deck yesterday. I was using the Hivelord as Commander, mainly because Sliver Legion attracts too much hate (it sits in the 99 instead).

Played a few games with it and managed to win one! So it’s definitely getting there.
