A skyscraper on the west side? SF Planning isn't so sure.

I love almost every part of this, except the losing "#Sloat Garden Center" part of it. That place rocks.

Can you imagine overlooking the ocean, the fog, and the zoo on various days? I wonder which apartments will be able to smell the zoo?
