But now I'm a Dad, and I want to break the cycle for my kid's sake. Can anyone recommend any #cleaning books specifically aimed at people like me?
Whimsical "Spark joy!" shit doesn't work for me. I'd argue it almost needs to take a psychological approach to cleaning, and the complex reasons people like me are messy.
Any recs?
