Imagining a #Mastodon client that was designed to be used once a day, or even once a week. How would it look?

I would imagine something more like a summary, showing which friends were online, what their most liked posts were, some kind of close friends feature to prioritise certain people, and maybe reposts in their own little area?

It's interesting to me how little innovation there is in interfaces and how much we're still uncritically copying the masters tools

@JohanneMontay àmha le problème est d'attendre que tous·tes jouent au même jeu : l'univers de la tech actuel est toxique, avec absence de considération pour l'éthique et le soin, et la promotion de comportements à risque ou malhonnêtes typiquement attribués à la masculinité dans l'éducation des garçons. Les jeunes filles ne veulent pas de ça (trad. éduquées aux comportements de soutien et de prudence)
