Step 1: season your meat. I’m using 1lb of top loin steak, but you can use different beef cuts or pork loin for this recipe.

Seasonings: Tony cachere’s cayenne pepper, kosher salt, roasted ground cumin, white pepper, smoked black pepper.

Dinner tonight was a joint effort. No3 made a meltingly tasty ox cheek curry in the slow cooker which has been cooking all day. I made some air fried vegetable pakoras and we had the flatbreads I made yesterday. All in all an absolutely delicious meal!!
*just a side note keep your scrubbed vegetable peelings to make your own pakoras.
