I'm trying to stick to my resolutions of slowing down my commitments this week. Started work at 7:30 am, but I treated myself to an hour-long countryside walk before lunch to recharge my mental energy. The deeper I go into connecting w who I really am, the more refined my system gets, and the more important it is for me discern what I’m prioritizing/making important.

I am enjoying writing the captions on my photos - I'm finding it is a lovely way to slow down and really consider the image, what is important or special about it and that's helping me appreciate it even more.

The main reason for doing this, and that descriptions of images helps people using screen reader technologies to have a better experience with this platform makes it even better 🤩
