Cooked slow roast pork belly for lunch with salad. Lots of crunchy crackling. Dessert was fresh passionfruit, strawberries and blueberries with light vanilla ice cream.

I've found PSK31 folks super willing to chat - I let their macro finish, and ask them what their pet's name is, and there ain't no macro ready for that :) I've had conversations ranging from the weather to vast CIA and NASA conspiracies on PSK31 (theirs, not mine haha); it's been a lot of fun. #slowroast

@dj3ei @M0YNG @ei8kd @Katy @W1CDN @g0dub I get what you are saying for sure - I don't participate in contests because it has no appeal for me, and they don't want to converse beyond the minimum to qualify for a qso. I'll make the time to give you an accurate RST, and ask you about the weather every time, and what your dog's name is, that's how my station rolls. It's why I prefer PSK31, #feldhell , and CW - it's a more relaxed, conversational pace. I'm a #slowroast operator :)
