On my way back to #Helsinki after a very good #SummerBreak. *Sigh*.
Biggest project this year was dismantling an old fireplace and plastering the wall in prep for a new one.
#Birds were plentiful; spotted the usual #hare's but also a #badger, as well as an #adder early in the spring and an (unfortunately dead) #slowworm.

Just found this beauty somewhere I really don’t think s/he wanted to be (& definitely not safe - magpies about) so carefully relocated to a wild area of the garden. Someone else hoping for a bit of sunshine for warmth & to dry up all the rain!
Belatedly thought they might have liked a mealworm. Next time maybe.
