One of the biggest problems that we have is the markets are not free in the way they should be (and support at this time is not being distributed to individuals in an #equitable manner).

#BailOuts for #corporateGiants are a no no, and yet leaders are doing it.

In a #fairMarket, #wallStreet would have crashed so hard that the #landlord would be doing whatever possible to help the #smallOperator adapt. Due to the bailout, they may be hoping to attract a #hedgeFund manager.
