Just as I was about to head out into the #snow at 0C with a wind chill down to -4C a neighbour offered to put my organic waste in his bin, which he was going to put out as well. #a great #SmallKindness that I'm #grateful for.
I've been recovering from a #cold with the Great Exude-us taking place yesterday, so I ran through many many tissues, which wasn't fun, but it's clearing up nicely now.
Anyway, snow in #March seems to be a definite this Millennium sort of thing. Somehow that just stands out to me.

We have a Post Office Box at a nearby Australia Post office. The staff are always lovely, and when we set it up (after the local outlet had closed under less than ideal circumstances), the manager was so helpful, making sure we had a box which met our access needs.

And every time #AustraliaPost asks us to fill out a survey, we always add in comments about the helpful staff, and ask that they please be rewarded with “Freddo Frog chocolates and a koala stamp.”

Partner went to collect the post today, and took in our little gift wrapped box of chocolates for the manager and staff. But on opening our box, found a note with four chocolate Freddo Frogs attached, saying “Happy Holidays from the team at (x) Post Office”!!!
