I actually applaud them for this. Yes, 24 hours is short, but I'll take it.

They might start small, and grow from there. Organizing action like that in a community (or many communities) is a muscle that needs exercise, and exercise starts with the five pound dumbbell.

Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed by life. I feel alone although I do have a few good friends who love me. It’s hard to be a single mum in the world. It’s hard to raise kids who have special needs on your own, kids who are still and essentially always will be mourning the loss of their dad 😢💔 tonight I feel listless, a little sad. Tomorrow will be a better day 💜as long as I have breath in my body I will keep going. Some days I go slowly - small steps, and don’t get a lot done. Today I worked on my weaving. Replaced my tire, also added a small spacer to my freehub so my rear cassette is now actually tight.

And I went out for a small ride. I see a lot of small rides in my future, because there is a lot of building up to do. Besides that, every ride is a good ride, and the primary goal is to just be out and about. No goal except for riding a little bit. That should help with the mental healing.

I have something to share before I can go to bed tonight. There's a person I care for in the UK prison being held there longer than he should be and his crime was weed.

I was recently processed by at least 12 people for the same "crime" in Norway and had a mental health crisis that I'm still recovering from.

Yes, that's my point. I'm free. They took about 2 days of my life, but I could sleep in my bed last night. And the other person is still not free.

I'm too tired to figure out the next step. Thanks for reading. The universe knows what to do.
