Don't be bigoted and hateful? Offer livable wages? Stop sneering at everything that didn't exist when your grandpa was a kid?

1. Few towns will have this kind of rich alum to come "save" them.
2. There are people already in that town doing great things without the attention.
3. No one person saves a town.
4. Money is rarely the answer, or even the question.

Stoneham School was built in 1912. Many of the one-room school houses in the area were consolidated at Stoneham which once had additional buildings. It was closed in 1965 but has been surprisingly well maintained since, considering the dwindling population (and tax dollars) in the area.
