Das hat Martin Pansy, einer der Erfinder des beliebten #Gadgets aus Österreich, bereits im vergangenen Herbst angekündigt. Nun geht es in die heiße Phase: Matter 1.2 dürfte noch in diesem Jahr veröffentlicht werden und damit die Bahn frei machen für das nächste Nuki Smart Lock.

We need to select our new front door... and lock hardware. We want a #SmartLock, ideally that I can integrate into #HomeAssistant... but so far the Yale offerings are kinda shit and massive looking. Which reveals the speaker as never having lived in a high-#crime area.

They will kick your door in, pry or just break your window. They will gain access to most houses in 3-5 seconds. A smart lock is about convenience, not security.

@ThomasNorderstedt Ich glaube dir. Und das beweist grundsätzlich, dass es auch „leise“ #SmartLock-Lösungen geben könnte (wenn nicht heute, dann in Zukunft).

Alleine schon die unsägliche Geräuschkulisse „moderner“ #SmartLock-Lösungen hält mich zuverlässig vom Kauf ab. Sowas kommt mir erst ins #SmartHome, wenn es absolut geräuschlos arbeitet.

Z. B. klingt das Nuki 3.0 Pro(!) wie ein Zahnarztbohrer - und das durch das ganze Haus! Ehrlich - wer kauft sich so einen Schrott? 🤔
