@Silvergoatish oh my goodness! I came to the Colne Valley in 2020 and it's amazing. Slawit and Marsden are booming creative hubs, there's a genuinely cooperative spirit and there's a heart of care for each other (and the place they live). As the Self-appointed Marketing Board of Marsden and Slawit, I would be neglecting my joy if I didn't post an 'it's grim up north' selfie on me in a café. Marsden and Slaithwaite have so many creative enterprises and Sass is one of them. A yoga studio and cafe in the heart of the community. I cycled here of course, and it's just off the Manchester road. They have plans to add cycle parking before next summer.
