@stevenbodzin I think of #smelts as being larger and #SilverSides smaller so these are unknown to me. #SilverSides are common in #NYC. If by Pcr you mean polymerase chain reaction (detecting genetic material), then no, I'm just googling. I suppose I might try and email the provider of this bag of frozen fish or I could just read the contents as I should have originally done: #SilverSide (Odontesthes Regia) and #Capucette has the same #latinName so I assume #Pejerrey is also the same.
