Do you remember that #svg ( and browsers ) still support #SMIL declarative animation ? Despite plans (e.g. #google ) to abandon it in favor of #css and #javascript animation.

My old experiments with SMIL: the effect of changing the focus point by animating object scale and filter strength.

SMIL works even in <img> tag but mastodon doesn't support SVG format so I load static image and link to svg: https://miklobit.pl/direct/svg/oclogo_anim_dof.svg
