I've referred to the case as #SmithVColorado (search my posts), and no I'm not a lawyer, but never claimed to be.

"Colorado" was not her client.

SCOTUS Justice Clarence Thomas often tells interviewers he grew up in the Jim Crow South. I think we had him all wrong--I don't think he was complaining.

IS IT JUST ME, or has the #SCotUS just ruled to overturn what should have been two easily winnable cases???

They just re-legalized #WhitesOnly lunch counters with #SmithVColorado, and carved out an exclusion for #WhiteAffirmativeAction ("Legacies" & "Wealth")... all while declaring they don't need an #EthicsCode.

AM I WRONG or did the #SCotUS just re-legalize "#WhitesOnly lunch counters" if the owner has a "religious objection"? 🤔 #SmithVColorado #GayWebsites
