Dinner tonight will be pasta with white ragu.

Basically it's the fettuccine with white ragu from #SmittenKitchen but with linguine instead because it's what I have on hand. "White" because it's a creamy sauce with pork. You know. The other white meat.

This note from Deb Perelman, in the recipe for creamy tomato chickpea masala:

"Gaze at the color (of the masala) and ask yourself if you're in more of a red, orange, or pink mood today."

Pink means add more cream, but what a lovely way to reach that decision!
