The seating areas in particular look like they came out of the ark. The sleepers are comfortable enough but everything looks like it could use an upgrade.

We all slept well on last night’s sleeper train—seemingly the same couchette car used by European Sleeper, but a somewhat more recent model. (The only bummer was USB-A charging ports instead of regular plugs! We’ve switched everything to USB-C and were out of luck.) #Tågskryt #Snälltåget

Independent Swedish rail operator Snälltåget won Travel News's Sustainability Award. Without taxpayer subsidies, Snälltåget managed to offer long-distance cross-border trains to many destinations across Europe. Snälltåget contributed much to allowing passengers to travel in a sustainable way.

#Helsinki – #Bruxelles is 3 nights, with 2 comfy days of leisure or work in #Stockholm (6 hours) and #Berlin (11 hours) outbound, 2h in Stockholm inbound.
A group of 6 friends going to #FOSDEM 2024 (😏) would spend about 350 €/person round trip. So you *might* sometimes (comfortably) #StayGrounded without spending more than by flight.
