Today’s photo: a summer 2001 #SNCB #NMBS 🇧🇪 @diningcar menu - used as a bookmark since and retrieved earlier this week.
Prices are given in Belgian Francs, French Francs, Italian Lira and … Euros 🇪🇺 😳.
The latter one replaced these (and other) currencies as means of payment in 2002.

7 followers · 27 posts · Server mstdn.socialI thought the levels of crowding on the #NS #SNCB #NMBS IC #Benelux train between Antwerp and Breda were bad (the conductor suggested routing via Roosendaal to get a seat, without telling us it adds a whole hour to the journey) but rush hour trains on the #SNCF #TER Paca/Sud/Zou to/from Monaco are way worse. Many passengers couldn't even get in and were told "wait 20 minutes for the next one". #CrossBorderRail

Ça sera la dernière donc elle est en livrée d'origine avec numérotation d'origine, son vert et ses lignes jaunes caractéristiques font qu'elle est magnifique.
