My wife cracks up when I’m at the end of an attack and I feign sneeze. This sucks, because I have long had tools for stopping "normal" panic attacks, good enough that I mostly don't have them.
Same physical tricks don't work for these. Triggers are downright silly: Minor Peeve Attacks?
