My health woes continue, but thank you #SNHS. Had to call for an ambulance last night, was here quickly, off to A & E, triaged, saw Doc, pain relief and back home by 11.30pm. I don't know how they keep smiling, but the staff are amazing. We need to #SaveTheNHS

Gentle day ahead for me and hopefully a call with my GP!

Yay for #SNHS ☺️ Assessed by nurse at work, call fae OOH within an hour with appt. with GP at RAH, given abx to start me off & prescription for more when pharmacies are open again 👌 Even got a couple of pics racing to the local stn to get home 😉

Bit of a break in Borders running photos.

Boxing Day and a fall on a trail run. Shoulder, collar bone, 8 ribs and a skull fracture. However emergency services and SNHS brilliant - intensive care++ and now out.Not quite running but give us a couple weeks and we will be back out. Just walking for the next couple of weeks (and looking on with envy to partner who is out)

I woke up at 4 really dizzy and nauseous. Could only get to the loo by hanging onto the wall. Threw up a bit. Phoned GP at 9.30, they called at 9.40. Probably labyrinthitis or bad vertigo. Very disconcerting. Pal’s gone to get prescription and meds. Thanks #SNHS

@Mrfunkedude My grandson was born 8 weeks prematurely #today. Both him and mummy are doing well. Granny is ecstatic and can't wait to give him cuddles when he comes out of the incubator.

I LOVE THE SCOTTISH NHS!
Feeling like death warmed up over Xmas. Had to cut short our hotel break.
Back home & dialled 911.
Dealt with courteously and professionally.
By the end of the day I'd seen a doctor on call who diagnosed bronchitis and prescribed anti-biotics. Now on the mend.
PAY SNHS WORKERS MORE!
They deserve every penny and more!
