Way bettter #Snickerdoodles #Baking #Cookies #Recipe (least amount of flour possible) *tweaked from Land o Lakes recipe
2 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
*1/4 cup brown sugar
*1 tsp cinnamon
*1/2 cup butter + 1/2 cup Crisco shortening
2 eggs
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
Topping: 3 tbsp sugar to 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes 💛

#Snickerdoodles this time w/ 1/4 cup brown sugar… and 1/2 cup butter + 1/2 shortening & some other tweaks. I’ll put the recipe up after I taste them and try to make a fancy stack on a plate.
I rolled them into dough balls this time, and as big as 3” would go, they sure did. Not mad. Y’all know me. 😂🥛

The only ones that didn’t turn out right were the snappers…they were also the only ones incorporating #crisco 🤔
