When you just need a bit of thyme...

You can't beat thyme for foolhardy hardiness; even covered with snow it still stays strong. Also, I don't think I've ever refreshed the soil they're in, and the stone planter I put them in years ago is not that big or deep, and yet the thyme keeps rolling on.
