Household #cleaning is often #undeclared work without #SocialAssurance and the #SocialStandards connected to proper employment. Digital #platforms such as #Helpling should be chance to improve this situation. However, as long as the cleaners are #selfemployed contractors they remain responsible to declare their work and to take car of social insurance.
The project #PlatformCleaners founded by @boeckler_de has investigated working conditions of cleaners using Helpling.
