Ever notice how people who blindly admire and idolize billionaires also have a problem with exhibiting empathy or just have a complete lack thereof. Social bias and a person's world view could probably easily predict whether somebody will idolize a person like Musk.

Empathy and social bias are deeply interconnected. Our biases can prevent us from seeing people as individuals, or just human beings, stifling the ability to empathize.
