Sex came before bodies. On the #metaphysical scale, the body-types with which we are familiar evolved to make sure sex would function.

After 2.1 billion years of #evolution, it's no surprise that #humans are not a strict #binary regarding #sexuality. In the individual scale, sex is different things to different people.

The mind evolved to protect the body. Compassion evolved to protect new #generations. No compassion, no extended #development. No compassion, no cooperation. No cooperation , no #society.

Raise a glass to our distant ancestor #Amniotes who were nurturers of offspring. Raise a glass to our much less distant #Hominid ancestors who bequeathed #language and other tools for survival.

All that is metaphysically still part of us.

Each set of generations will inform the minds of new generations on how to use their bodies.

Societies really are responsible for the adults within. #Culture is the #teacher of #parents.

When you stop viewing #MentalHealth through the medical lens, and start to view it through the lens of #SocialConstructivism you realise that it's not necessarily that a person is ill, the environment around them has been so harmful that their brain has had to rationalise the experience in the only it knows how.

Just like being #Autistic, if we alter the environment, we can see improved outcomes.
