Opened the envelope, read the covering-letter, wrestled with the sealed plastic bag, sorted-out all the inner bags, tubes, tools, tissues, and instructions.
Read the instructions: "Do not do the test on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday because postal delays could spoil your sample".
Back to the 'half-finished' ToDo list!

@ProfessorLoki the $0 for virtual visits was probably for physical health. Mental health is often treated differently and is usually more expensive (I think private healthcare should be a crime, it is a moral crime)
